2.4 Geographic Restrictions. Players are responsible for ensuring that online gaming and sports betting is permitted in their jurisdiction of residence before registering at datpkr. datpkr makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Access to datpkr from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited does not constitute authorisation by datpkr.
2.5 Self-Exclusion Compliance. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms — whether through datpkr's own self-exclusion tool or through any other mechanism — are not permitted to register or maintain an account on datpkr. If a previously self-excluded individual registers on datpkr, the Platform reserves the right to close the account and withhold associated winnings.

3.1 Account Credentials. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their datpkr login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. datpkr will never request your password via email, phone, or live chat.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. 3.4 Verification Holds. 4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. datpkr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard inter-bank funds transfer (IBFT). datpkr does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on datpkr is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees). Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the Player's account. Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are subject to change at datpkr's discretion with notice to Players.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. To submit a withdrawal request, Players must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) request withdrawal to a payment method registered in their own name matching their datpkr account details; and (d) have a minimum withdrawable balance as specified on the datpkr withdrawal page.
4.4 Processing Times. datpkr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed fastest. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution. Processing timelines are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside datpkr's direct control.
4.5 Own Funds Policy. Players may only deposit funds that they legitimately own. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, third-party loans made for gambling purposes, or funds held on behalf of others is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for matters directly related to that promotion.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, all bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games. 5.3 Bonus Abuse. datpkr reserves the right to void bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, and restrict or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional offers through coordinated play across multiple accounts; using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements; and claiming bonuses through the use of false information.
5.4 Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins not used within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account. datpkr does not reinstate expired bonuses except at its sole discretion in clearly exceptional circumstances.
5.5 Withdrawal of Deposits with Active Bonuses. If a Player withdraws their Real Money Balance while an active bonus is in their account, datpkr reserves the right to remove the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings from the account prior to processing the withdrawal.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on datpkr Casino and each betting market on the datpkr Sportsbook is governed by its own specific rules, which are available within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules prior to wagering. datpkr accepts no responsibility for losses arising from misunderstanding of game rules.
6.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical error, system failure, or software malfunction that affects the outcome or odds of any game or bet, datpkr reserves the right to declare the affected bets or game rounds void and return all associated stakes to the Players' accounts. datpkr is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
6.3 Bet Limits. datpkr imposes minimum and maximum bet limits on all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market. datpkr reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time. Players who consistently place bets at the maximum limit across multiple markets may have individual account limits adjusted.
6.4 Sportsbook — Odds and Results. All sports betting odds are set by datpkr at its sole discretion. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event. Results are determined based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing sporting body. datpkr's decision on the settlement of any disputed sporting result is final.

9.2 Gambling Losses. datpkr accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by Players as a result of gambling on the Platform. All gambling activity on datpkr carries inherent financial risk. Players engage with the Platform at their own risk and with full awareness that losses are possible.
9.3 Third-Party Content. Games available on datpkr Casino are supplied by third-party game developers. datpkr is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or unfair outcomes arising from third-party game software, provided that the software is sourced from an independently audited provider and the error is not the result of datpkr's own negligence.
9.4 Aggregate Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, datpkr's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim related to use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.2 Data Accuracy. Players warrant that all personal information provided to datpkr is accurate and up to date. datpkr relies on Player-provided information for the purposes of account verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. 10.3 Communications. 11.2 Fund Return on Closure. Where an account is closed by datpkr due to a material breach of these Terms, including confirmed fraud or bonus abuse, datpkr reserves the right to withhold some or all of the balance in that account. Where an account is closed for legitimate administrative reasons, any verified real money balance will be returned to the Player via the last used payment method.
11.3 Player-Initiated Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting datpkr support at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining verified real money balance will be processed for withdrawal.
12.1 Right to Amend. datpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, datpkr will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
12.2 Continued Use as Acceptance. Continued use of the datpkr platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
